TFSFM, Chapter 1: Peace is a Lie

I liked the internal thoughts of Padme the most, the dawning horror and anger and finally the explosion on Gunray. Her development into what you intend for this story from her canon mindset will be very fun and exciting for us to read and for you to write I’m sure. I honestly see her as the linchpin in the whole story, she’s the thing that Anakin will do everything he does for, beyond Sith ambitions and hatred for Palpatine they’re in it together to make their perfect galaxy as a team, separate they’re nothing, they’re two halves of the same whole . I really would like to see more of her internal and external changes over time especially early on as the change to her new fully “imperial” self takes place, the intermediate stages so to speak. It shouldn’t necessarily be a one and done now evil kind of deal but the massive blow here broke her damn and now she’ll be jaded and start to see all the nasty shit she papered over with “democratic enthusiasm” in OTL, now everything will slowly hit her differently, she’ll make different choices and opinions until like Luthen said in Andor, she’ll no longer be able to see the ground beneath her feet. That transition will be one of the defining and most drawing aspects of the early story in my opinion. It’s a crucial part that needs to be done carefully and with the proper pacing and timing. I read a ton of fan fiction and good characters and character development is far and above the most important part, have that and you have one hell of a story my man!
